FNB Really frustrating in resolving client queries

I have been trying to get my account closed since the beginning of July. I requested for a settlement amount which I paid. Now I get billed monthly charges and I am not using the account. How long does one get the account to be closed?

Pinky Seabi has been helping me. She escalated my issue to get the charges reversed to Martha Wesi. I have been sending both of them emails since July. It's a month now again of getting this resolved.

Very Frustrating indeed!
