FNB really disappointing

FNB have been incredibly disappointing with assisting me with my faulty HP laptop purchased through their Smart Devices offering. They offer it as a benefit but it has caused nothing but frustration. I got a HP laptop in the region of R16 000 in value and within 6 months it has stopped working due to a fault. After two weeks of phoning them and Digital Planet who handle this for them someone finally came and looked at it. He couldn't solve the problem and said it was a faulty motherboard. About 4 days later they returned with another mother board that also turned out to be faulty. So after nearly a month I finally have a working laptop. However, everything needed to be reactivated. I would just expect a lot more from FNB and their customer service and I will most definitely not purchase another product through the smart devices offering if this how it goes. A 6 month old laptop that is quite high end and we get thrown from pillar to post. I would expect a lot more.
