FNB really couldn't care less
I aut****d a complaint recently here on Hellopeter about FNB - I am not receiving banking notifications and thus I'm unaware of how much money is moving into an out of my bank account unless I log into my internet banking and manually go through my statement myself. I contacted FNB - no reply. I contacted them again - no reply. I issued a complaint on Hellopeter - FNB rep**** here and told me they would get in touch, but I never heard anything from them. Last week I got a call from a number identified as "FNB Funeral Services", but the call rang once and put down. This happened twice.
So I've decided to move my PREMIERE banking suite to another bank that I can trust with my money. Enough is enough.

12 Feb 2024, 11:23It wasn't even 30 seconds after I posted this that I received two phone calls from a number identified as "FNB ****" - I answered both calls and the line was completely silent. There was no activity on the line whatsoever. I waiting on each call for about 7 seconds before the call ended.
