FNB real motto is " How can we make you poor & poor"?

I app**** for FNB/Wesbank vehicle finance to purchase a Hyundai Tucson in Boskburg & I got the shock of my life as I was given the highest interest rate as if I am graduate or new FNB customer. It’s very horrible as I have been a very good FNB customer for 4 years. With FNB for 4 years, I have platinum cheque & savings accounts plus a very healthy bond account for 4 years plus good credit account records plus I have an investment account. I also pay monthly charges on all these. My friends who have been with Standard bank for few years are rejoicing that they bank cares for their customers as interest rate is very low at 10.25 -11.25 % i.e. prime + (0 - 1%). Then should I advise my children, close friends & relatives who are still at varsity that that FNB is just a horrible & selfish bank as Standard bank is “the” bank as they care about their clients? FNB slogan of “How can we help you” is like a useless & a lip service motto. How can FNB/Wesbank be selfish & uncaring to help their 4 year customer with a low interest rate? Is FNB aim to make their clients poor & poor while other banks are improving their customers’ life? The slogan should change then to “How can we make you poor”, as they don’t really care about their client base.

FNB should reduce this 13% interest rate I was given to < 11% as I have been consistent good customer with FNB for years.
