FNB readvance home loan

I am writing this review because I have been trying to get a response from FNB Home Loan about my readvance and I am reaching dead ends. I need a response since you said my application is at the Payout Division. It is alsmost two months and I have not received any communication and when I call I'm promised a call back. I need someone to call me now.
