FNB reacts super fast on Hello Peter complaints

I was extremely happy with the way they handled my Hello Peter complaint.... But thats the only part.

The rest of the experience was very unnecessary and uncomfortable and a waste of time, hours and hours on the phone.

I'm surprised by the way they reacted differently on the 2 ways I tried to deal with it.

I'll definitely recommend people to use Hello Peter when you need fast assistance, but thats just sad?
