FNB Rascist Agent

Good day,

It is with great disgust and disappointment at the level of treatment given by your agents Nico Sauerman. My business partner and I recently obtained an contract with a company abroad looking to do business in South Africa.

Some funds were sent to our FNB business account. It was the first time in my 20 plus years of business have I heard an agent speak so intimidatingly and condescendingly to someone who is not affluent in English! Is this how you assist your clients?

The other thing I found highly appalling was that they refused to correctly verify information they had requested with the correct department and were quick to say: “ We sending the money back”.

FNB is clearly not a bank for aspiring black businesses as they go out of their way to marginalize those who cannot expeesss themselves in English!
