FNB randomly closed my account and the money has vanished!

I had a savings pocket account and the account, together with the money in that account has now vanished! This occurred after I requested one of my other accounts to be closed. How does FNB expect clients to trust them when money literally vanishes??? This is by far the most *********, ************* and dishonest bank I've come across.
