I wanted to open an account, i tried with so many banks, the experiences were just horrible and shocking. No one was willing to help me. Then, i decided to go the FNB in Randburg Square. Whaohhh, i never had such an amazing experience. Starting with the lady who issue the ticket for me (She did tell me approximately the time that i will be waiting in order to be called, help me with my app and the cash deposit at the atm), then came my meeting with my star of the day, Mbali Sibiya, she is the besssssst and one of the kind. She is Very professional but also friendly, understanding, patient, helpful, very clear, she even offered to charge my phone while she was busy with opening my account, i can go on and on just to describe her..... And today, i got a call from a friendly and professional Nhlanhla who called me just to follow up. I decided to post my review as you guys, you deserve it. I would miss a chance on recommending this branch to my friends and relatives.
