FNB Randburg - Main Avenue
Good Day
I went into your Randburg Branch on Main Avenue and was waiting. Only to see that a person that came after me and was not even called was assisted first in Cubicle 3 (Khumbulani).
I took time out of my working day yet your staff seem to favor who to assist first as it seems that other people's time is more valuable. This is unacceptable, ********* and unprofessional.
This is the main reason I will be closing my business account with your company. I choose to take to a provider that takes their clients and customers more seriously rather than favor who to assist.
