FNB raiding clients accounts through a "VISA DMs LINK" charge

I am really angry at FNB. Its the second month now that my account has been charged for "VISA DMs LINK". I do not know what that is and I have never used such a service. Tried calling their service center and the agents appear clueless and arent helping me at all. Their secure chat feature on the FNB app cuts over conversations midway before you have received the assistance you need. Its really horrible that such a big bank raids its client's account and hide when we query it!!!
