FNB ******!!!!!!!!!

I have a personal loan with Fnb and I wanted to cede it with my third party insurance. They have been playing delaying tactics and no one seems to find my completed forms on their emails and I keep sending them. When I phone, no one knows what CPP is and they keep transferring me for two hours and it's bad! A month ago I used to owe Fnb 75k no is 4K, I want nothing to do with Fnb anymore, they're a bunch of ******* and illiterate people who keep *****ing from the poor blacks who thinks are rich, FNB is no different to VBS!

They want to keep deducting my account with their cpp premium, they don't give clients a choice! I have closed my private account because of this, and opened a capitec bank, my 5 year personal loan I will finish it in the next 3 months which is 18 months and my bond account soon, or I will check if someone can replace, I want nothing to do with FNB at all.
