FNB R2000 promo... not!
So, after getting various sms'es from FNB to switch over to their Premier account (and get R2000) and being tired of ABSA I went through the whole admin exercise of changing accounts in Dec 2019. It's more than 6 months, various online chats and FB messenger chats later... do you think I recieved my R2000. No! Ug, so tired of banks not keeping promises.

04 Sept 2020, 15:04Thanks FNB, I just received the money. I really tried to sort this out without reverting to social media and struggled for 2 months. Please relook your system so that this won't be necessary in future.
