FNB R2000 Cash Incentive PREMIER CHEQUE ACCOUNT

I opened up a Premier Cheque Account with FNB, after looking around, being unhappy with my current bank at the time, FNB seemed like a good option, having offered a R2000 cash incentive for switching to them.

All my criteria was met as per their consultants and money should have been paid into my account.

Anyone I speak to now cant give me a straight answer and it seems this R2000 incentive is only a trick to get more customers.

They dont give you all the information when you open the account, if it had not been for myself calling and asking so many questions I would not have known the difficult process involved with ACTIVATING the FNB app, because downloading it and registering does not activate. Nevertheless I did it and met all the T's & C's, unfortunately my account did not receive the R2000.

It would have been better if you did not respond on here. The fact that no one from FNB has called me, let alone resolved this simple issue by the, ALMOST, close of business today leaves a lot to be desired about FNB. If you had not responded and had not sent me emails this morning confirming my complaint was assigned to a team and a consultant specifically I would not have expected a call today. Sad start to my new bank journey.
