FNB R2000 cash campaign a ****?

How do track down the person who called me with regards to this cash campaign? I've been calling FNB for assistance and no one but the person who opened my account knew about this campaign. I've met all requirements but no cash allocation. I'm starting to think this was a ****. I've forwarded the document with the campaign requirements from FNB but no one seems to know about it. Was this a **** to get people to join FNB?
