FNB QUIRY NOT ATTENDED PROPERLY

Good evening....am a loyal customer to FNB for so many years and I was recently not assist with regards to the money I mistakenly deposited to my credit account. I went to the branch in Jabulani mall twice and nobody had a solution to my problem even though after contacting head office through their office still my problem was not resolved. Please pay back my R3000 rand deposited on the 2 December to my fully paid credit account.
