FNB Quicksell should rebrand as Slowsell

I purchased a house from their Quicksell program 21 January and the property still hasn't gone through. I have emailed Quicksell (no contact numbers are shared only email) and had no response. In the interim I have displaced my pets and elderly mother into an airbnb waiting for the bank to just approve the transaction. Even the transferring attorneys can't get an answer out of them for the delay. This is costing me a fortune because of bad service and there is no customer service. DO NOT BUY PROPERTY FROM FNB.
