FNB Quicksell Ridiculous delay in property transfer!!

Hi I would like to raise a complaint on a FNB quicksell matter. Norton Lambrianos attorneys and the seller has been dragging their feet since the 13th of November 2020, Which is now leading us in a unfair financial disadvantage since the attorneys has been appointed (13November 2020) we have not yet passed the stage of an electrical clearance certificate...??? Ridiculous is been now 2.5 month? Honestly getting fed up as we have to constantly ask the attorneys on updates as they do not provide prompt feedback. I ask of this matter to be settled immediately otherwise I will hold someone accountable for my financial losses!!
