FNB Quick Sell x Their Panel Attorneys (Delberg Attorneys) - ***********

To whom it may concern,

Over 4 months and Delberg Attorneys cannot obtain clearance figures nor a clearance certificate.

No accountability whatsoever has been taken by FNB Quick Sell. It cannot take over 4 months to obtain clearance figures - Every week we get a new excuse from Delberg Attorneys - They are the most useless and reactive attorneys I have ever worked or dealt with.

To whomever is dealing with this complaint, please save your time and breath and DO NOT explain to me the whole process of the transfer and time lines. I am well aware of everything and I am being advised by my attorney.

Honestly, we have obtained the masters endor*****t for the sale, but we can't obtain clearance figures? Keep in mind that these clearance figures were obtained last year by Yolandi at Delberg who is no longer dealing with the matter; and paid by FNB.

P.S. If Delberg was appointed by Quick Sell they should report Delberg to the Legal Practice Counsel and liaise with both the attorneys and executor as they in the first place *******ly sold the house of a dead man - Where I was kind enough to not pursue legal action.

How hard can it be to obtain clearance figures???
