FNB Quick Sell & Their Attorneys - Appalling
To whom it may concern,
After approximately 6/9 months of waiting for the sale to be advertised due to an insolvent estate - We have received the go ahead from the executor to commence with with the sale. Bear in mind that the house of a dead man was sold to us initially, which FNB had no idea of. Fast forward roughly four months from obtaining the go ahead of the executor and Delberg Attorneys, which are appointed by Quicksell (Panel Attorneys), cannot obtain clearance figures or a Masters Endor*****t. It does not make any sense as they were ready to lodge on the 30th of August 2021 - Which means clearance figures were obtained by Delberg Attorneys and Paid by FNB/ RMB/ Quick Sell - These figures were obtained and paid not once but twice in 2021 - However, in 2022 it seems to be a bit of mission impossible? This is not the first property I have purchased or intended to purchase; and it should not take more than 10 days to obtain clearance figures. Nor should it take so many months to get an appointment with the Master or the Assistant Master - How can obtaining the new Letter of Executorship for the new independent Executor take less time than the endor*****t for the sale? This alone demonstrates the incompetence of Delberg.
In the past when transferring another property, the attorneys made errors in which they reimbursed percentages of the fees to compensate for the their mistakes. With Delberg Attorneys, I have paid both the reg and transfer fees but they act as if they are doing me a favor - Maybe it is because I am of a different race to them, or maybe because of I am young of age?
Delberg Attorneys or FNB should discount me for the fees I have paid due their incompetence. Furthermore, Dante Fogolin has done an exceptional job of getting this matter back on track and ensuring everything goes smoothly - But with *********** Attorneys such as those at Delberg - Dante's hard work goes unnoticed.
Additionally, I do not need any one to explain to me the process or how hard it is to get through to the Master, how estates or estate sales work, as I am currently winding up two estates; and I have my own attorneys in which I work with - Who also expressed their disgust in the incompetence of Delberg and Quick Sell.
I do believe that FNB/ RMB/ Quick Sell has the resources to resolve their own errors and incompetence of attorneys on their panel. I don't care if FNB/ RMB/ Quick Sell needs to hire additional external attorneys to assist Delberg Attorneys resolve this matter - If it needs to be done, it should be done.
Best, Nabeel
