FNB Quick sell and Special arrangements no response to emails ?

Good day,

I have been sending emails to Desmond Radebe and *** regarding my FNB quick sell and unfortunately all I get is automated responses advising they acknowledge my emails and will get back to me in 48 hours have sent 4 emails not to both people and o correspondence? please could someone assist me with Special arrangements as well as quick sell to advise on my query? I don't know how else to get hold of this department as when I call I get transferred around and never speak to the correct people kindly assist as a matter of urgency?
