FNB quick sale not so quick after all
I put in an offer on one of FNB quick sale homes. The offer was signed on 23 September already. Considering it is a quick sale FNB isn’t exactly quick to action this deal. It still hasn’t been handed over to transfer attorneys to get the deal completed and in fact the estate agent cannot get any action out of FNB despite almost daily emails - they can’t call FNB as FNB will only deal with them via email. If this is how FNB does business I am pleased to say I am not a client of theirs.

12 Nov 2020, 15:27That’s great but this has been handed to someone who then told me it’s been handed to someone else - to add to my frustration I now get a call from FNB attorneys asking me for paperwork on a bind which has been sent to FNB both by myself and the estate agents. Sheer incompetence at FNB quick sales!!! I am so annoyed - I could’ve already bought and owned a house in the time FNB decides to wake up
