This afternoon I visited the FNB branch in Queensburgh and I was greeted with a warm, healthy & friendly smile by SAM. A ticket was allocated to me and within 2 minutes I was called to see the consultant Varsha Maken whom was very efficient and polite when handling my request/queries as Varsha made me feel like a very important person in society.
