FNB queensburgh

FNB Queensburgh and their staff are absolutely useless! Are they even trained before being hired, do they have qualifications? My sons card broke and he went in to renew it, he doesn't have his ID as it was ******, cant get a new one because of home affairs being a disaster. They tell him to cancel his card before he can order a new one, he cancels it and then they will not give him a new one as he has no ID yet his fingerprint is on the system! He cant draw rent money or do anything with his account now due to the incompetency of FNB staff! So anyone can go cancel a card but you cant renew it! shocking service, definitely going to help him in moving to another bank!
