FNB QR speed point (only for selected people)

They advertise a product (QR speed point) for business accounts, yet it seems im the only one not allowed to use it. They advertise this product in all their branches and I have complained a number if times and I have received feedback, but the answer is there is a problem and it will be fixed end of February, I've been waiting since Oct 2020 for the to be resolved and what bothers me is that they still advertise this product yet I am unable to get helped
