Fnb pvt wealth petrol card is waste of time! Just use your debit card!
So you get offered a pvt wealth acc and petrol card and when you collect your card they tell you its like a debit card linked to your cheque acc! Pls tell my why do fnb waste clients time to go to the branch and collect it and its exactly the same as just using your debit card?? Makes no sense and just more bankcosts!

14 Jan 2025, 10:14Also another complain is that when i opened my account i was told after 6 months my account will be reviewed seeing i was a new client! Guess what nothing! 6 months came and gone! All fnb did was offered me upgrade to pvt wealth which i took and a petrol card which also accepted but cancelled seeing its the same thing as a debit card! Why do you tell clients your acc will be reviewed if thats not the case??? Why do other banks contact me with offers like loans or credit facilties but fnb you get no service?? If i knew this i would have gone to another bank that wants to help its customers!
