FNB Pvt Wealth ***** department USELESS and dont care at all

FNB encourages you to use your Virtual cards for safe online purchases since the CCV Number changes every hour. Unfortunately, this is not true. I bought one item online. I NEVER subscribed to anything as i was SUPER disapointed with the item i bought, but the Merchant has nevertheless taken my details and subscribed me to their services. They then took almost R800 off my bank UNAUTHORISED. I have submitted a Dispute TWICE ( after spending hours on the phone with fnb). Untill now , they have not done a THING to assist me in getting my money back. Nor they nor my private banker has made any form of contact yet. The time frames they give on the reply email has come and gone....nothing from FNB. I have escalated the problem TWICE in the meantime and still NOTHING. I have left messages for my private banker to contact me, but as always...NO RESPONSE from her or the bank. I am yet again on the phone now trying to get SOME assistance from ANYBODY. My experience with Private Wealth is very disappointing, especially since i pay a HEFTY fee monthly to have this account...normal Golden or lesser level accounts gets better assistance i am sure.
