FNB PVT Banking shocking service

I'm with PVT banking and have my car finance with Westbank, and I was 10 days late on my payment, so Westbank handed me over to an external collection agency to collect the money. No telephone call from Westbank or my PVT banker to ask why the payment was late; this is how you treat your PTV clients, shocking!!! I will not recommend anyone uses Westbank or PTV banking. Going to move my PVT and corporate accounts over to Investec.
