FNB PVT BANKERS

Dear mr cillier of fnb. My complaint ***. I have losge thus complaint some time ago and till today i have been ignored by ur bank. I was promised that an investigation would be convened and i wold be called to discuss the matter. The complaint relates to very poor and unprofessional condact by ur private client banking staff. I believe ur staff do not want me to be a member of ur institution. Pls assist me.
