FNB PUTS MY BUSINESS BANK ON HOLD 3weeks NOW!

I have had my bank put on hold for three weeks. No prior arrangements to do so. Subsequently told will be removed from being “withhold” within 72 hours which was 3 weeks ago… mind you I have employees and suppliers I need to pay.
