FNB puts client account information at Risk while simultaneously blocking business' ability to operate

International Purchases Blocked:

I don't know who has handled this situation, but without warning, FNB blocked international purchases on my business card. My business, however, relies entirely on my card for purchasing stock and now I can not do anything.

I was requested to send an email with highly sensitive personal information to the ********** account, which I did last Wednesday. I refused to send my complete ID number or Credit Card because it is ludicrous to ask someone to email such information, however I did send through the last 4 digits of each.

I have received NO response and my business is completely shut down as a result.

This is being handled SO poorly. The reason given was due to ***** prevention but I can't imagine who at the bank is making decisions and thinks that having people email in their personal security information is a way to prevent *****.
