FNB PUTS A HARD LOCK ON ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTIFIYING YOU

I only earn foreign income. So today I got paid and I found that I have a hard lock on my account. I am not even sure what this is for. You people are pathetic. Why can't you reach out to a client and tell them that you are going to be putting on a hard lock on their account before you go and do this? So now I sit without no income. I am BEYOND furious and am thinking about taking my business some place else.
