FNB put more stress on custumers

Its beyond me the FNB charge you for taking money if a debit order is not going trough. Once a year my will takes money from my account . I don't keep track on when this happened. It money for the will went trough and then FNB charges me R90 for unpaid fees, My word this is just unacceptable . If there is no money in my account reject my debit order but don't go and charge a addition amount, This is tough times for costumers now you put more burden un you customers. Please can you reserves this and put my money back in my account. I'm have a account with you for years now you doing this to me. Now I need to scratch more money out which I don't have
