FNB put me on the street for Christmas

I have been banking with FNB for just over a year now. I had a loan with them that was handed over to lawyers for collection. I made an arrangement with the lawyers which has been getting debited from my account monthly for an amount of R500. Today FNB just helped themselves to R16000 of my money because they say I haven't been paying. I now have no money to pay my rent I have no money to pay my car and what's worse I have no money to see or even spoil my little daughter over the festive season. I called to get my money back and I was told that I need to get proof from their lawyers that I'm paying the account and then only will they consider giving me back my money. I have to pay my rent and car in the next week and I am suppose to fetch my daughter this weekend. They say I will only get feedback by Monday. It's sad that such an institution can take advantage of an individual like myself. My Christmas will now be spent in my car probably without my little 1 and there is nothing I can do about it
