FNB | PUT ME ON ***** HOLD WITHOUT REASONING

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with FNB’s service. My account was placed on a ***** hold without any explanation, leaving me unable to transact or transfer my own funds. I’m sitting at places unable to pay for things because I can’t access my money.

I have important payments to make and was told to wait until 8am for someone to assist me. This is completely unacceptable and has left me stranded. There was no reason given for placing my account on hold, and I expect this to be resolved urgently and my account fully restored. This service is beyond shocking.
