FNB PUT ME ON CREDIT BUREAU. ITS MONTHS LATER AND THEY STILL CANT ACCOUNT FOR THE R319 THATS ON THE SYSTEM. I CANT APPLY FOR ANY CREDIT BECAUSE OF THE BANKS CARELESSNESS !!

I seriously cannot apply for any credit because of this of this R319 that’s appearing under my name when I was placed on credit bureau by FNB last year. It’s such an inconvenience, honestly. And the sad part is that FNB cannot account for this mess they have created. I don’t understand how you keep playing with someone’s life like this. It’s seriously not on. When FNB put me on credit bureau, it was all quick and you knew what was happening. Now you need to fix this mess, you can’t do it. It’s seriously an inconvenience. I CANT get credit for ANYTHING because of this R319 that’s on my records which I’ve been asking FNB to sort out but never happens. I’m asking you nicely to please assist but there’s no sense of urgency from your side. It’s honestly FRUSTRATING ! What must one do to get assistance with this? Who put me on credit bureau? Why am I being taken from pillar to post on this? Call centre agents will contact you, knowing very well they can’t assist me with anything. FNB needs to sort this out, it’s frustrating me.
