FNB Purposely Delays on Settlement Quotes

<p>This is really pathetic FNB. I have requested settlement quotes from the Private Banking Team for exactly 1 week now, and to date i still havent got. But get what the delay is costing me interest on that settlement quotes, and the day you finally decide to give me the quotes, it would have accrued tons of interest in the process. It is my right to get my settlement without delay. I also wanted to settle an account last night, but even the Website says that I am not able to settle it. This is really not good at all. Are you purposely planning to lose customers. and if i am paying so much to be a private customer, please give me the service i am paying for. FNB loans, you guys are really missing the plot. I want my settlements NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
