Logged a compliant Last week and it's still not resolved - Spoke to Cassandra Collins who told me to go to my Brach to get help. Visited the Brach they told me they cant help - It's Been 4 weeks now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
