FNB Purchase protect is a joke

FNB has a new benefit called purchase protect that is supposed to protect a purchase for the 30 days after purchased, but if you try to claim with it it takes them weeks to respond and they don’t want to help.

I had an Iphone ****** before I could open the box, but FNB wants an ITC form. MTN can’t provide one since no sim card was connected. I even offered to get a letter from MTN confirming the above but FNB refuses to help
