FNB punishes you for honoring your payments!

In December during a pandemic I paid FNB more than the minimum amount due. Now they say I am in arrears.

I am punished for honoring their payment in December during Covid and THEY Won't fix it! Great, I am so sorry! I will never make that mistake again!
