FNB pull up your socks

I was sequestrated and paid my last debit order last year july since then its been almost a year and im still listed as a bad payer by FNB. This is now not acceptable. They received the mails of my application and also sent the court order yet this type of things are still allowed to happen by a big institution. You are now busy with ********l slander on my name and credit profile.
