FNB Ptivate Wealth is a waste of money

FNB Private Wealth is a waste of money and no service as promised. I have a Private Wealth and Fusion account I have requested more than a year ago that one must be closed as my bank costs is more than a R1000 but the account is not being used. I want a refund or I will proceed with legal actions. FNB is useless.
