FNB providing zero assistance with, or access to, FNB PayPal account

I have just spent hours trying to figure out why I am unable to access my PayPal account on FNB in order to withdraw money, and still no answers. I contacted FNB's online banking team where I was simply told that it is not within their scope to assist me, but would I like to buy some funeral cover. PayPal refers me to FNB and FNB refers me to PayPal, and still my funds are lying in my PayPal account with me being completely unable to access it and FNB just shrugging their virtual, unhelpful shoulders. Online Banking insists: E-96 User not Permitted Access to this Process. Beyond frustrated.
