FNB provides the worst feedback ever!

We are 2 trustees managing the funds for a sole beneficiary whose financial survival depends on our involvement yet FNB's unprofessional service has halted our efforts.

We were contacted verbally on 12 Feb by Hatfield who requested our ID's to FICA the account-We went in on 14 Feb with all the docs. On 17 Feb Rochelle form FNB phoned & required more details. By this time the account was already frozen without any formal notification. A nr was supp**** *** but they couldn't help us at all.

By the 26 Feb the Manager became involved but his feedback was of no use. The Area Manager was involved from 27 Feb yet his involvement ended with a request to who knows?

After no one at FNB could take ownership of this enquiry we submitted the documents on 6 Mar at 09:42. By time of this complaint at over 4 days later not a single thing has been done to assist us in any way as the account remains frozen!!!

Not even these titles were able to resolve our issue at any stage even though FNB was the cause of our problem:
-Henk Potgieter-Branch Man.
-Marius Spies-Area Man.
-Alan Milne-Operations Exe.

We have suffered financial losses and wasted hours due to FNB's incompetence!
