FNB Protecting ****MERS

I wish to formally record my deep concern regarding the manner in which FNB has handled my account and the associated investigations. My experience has raised serious questions about the bank’s internal processes, its treatment of long‑standing clients, and the fairness of its *****‑handling procedures.

Despite being a loyal FNB client for more than two decades, my entire banking profile was restricted without prior engagement or an opportunity to provide my version of events.

The conduct of the ***** department has been especially troubling. Although we were asked to submit documents for investigation, there is no indication that these documents were meaningfully considered. Instead, conclusions appear to have been reached without affording me and my partner a fair hearing or the opportunity to respond to allegations.
