FNB protecting ****mers!!!!

Good Day FNB,.I would like to lodge a complaint towards stuff members at FNB Witbank Downtown.I paid someone by the name B Ssemwanga R300 ,reference number *** and the account number ends with 6467.I was paying for a service we agreed and I have whatsapp chats to back it up.As soon as I paid ,the person blocked me and I realized I was ****med and it's not only me who got ****med but other people as well,.Now I got to your bank to report the ****med so that at the very least his account gets blocked because we can't have ****med using bank accounts to do ******* business but was turned away because "only the owner can ask for blocking of an account".I mean why would he ask when he is the one ****ming people and receiving the funds through your bank?I am so disappointed 😞
