FNB protecting a *********

We are currently dealing with the pandemic and trying to save as much as we can since the economy is battling. I have been ****med the little money I have and FNB does not seem to care. They are protecting a ********* and sending me from pillar to post while we might not even recover the little that the ********* is currently using since the time is very critcal. If the ********* is busy closing and opening different accounts with them, does this not raise any suspicions?? But nothing is being done while the perpetrator is busy corning people money that they have worked so hard for.
