FNB protect ******** and pathetic service

i have been a client with FNB for years and i have other products with them but what i am not happy with is that i was ****med by FNB client which i reported to them but to date no one seem to care that i lost 70K to this guy and i have reported that i need it back, i have reported to police station a case is referred to Regional court which make me believe that there is money in his account hence is referred there as i did law and i understand why they referred it there, i do not get any feedback from them at all they rather ignore me, i am also not happy with the banker they appointed to me she does not assist at all and she even ignore my emails, how can they say you are private client but you can no service at all instate they make fun of you while your going through alot so pathetic.
