FNB protect ****mers more than their customers

I had a debit order stopped because it was not authorized and I did not sign for it, they stopped it , this finwell place then didn't get the debit in April but then again went into my account end of May, I went to fnb to enquire and request them to reverse this 2500, as I had stopped it. They said they cannot reverse the transaction I must go to this place, yet I don't even know where they located, so my question to them is that my money is not safe if they can not reverse my money which I use their services to protect me as their customer, is it so easy for ****mers to access our bank account even though we go instruct the bank to put stop on it, why can they not reverse the transaction, does not make sense... this is day light *******, my kids must go hungry because my bank failed to assist me... don't I have say on my money
