I accidentally resert my phone without thinking about the consequences. When I tried to log in the app seemed not to recognise my credentials. I then went to the bank only to be received by Nontuthuzelo Mjijwa. First as she was asking me how can she help me, I felt important like I matter. She told me we have to call cellphone banking department so my app can be de-linked. I called them and they asked me security questions to verify if I was the correct account holder. The guy assisting me did not do it right as when Nontuthuzelo tried to assist me we couldn't get the OTP. She then took it upon herself to call the cellphone banking department explaining the whole story.

She then when on a step by step with me while the consultant on the other hand was holding on. In no time I was sorted. She took ownership of my situation and made it her business. She was polite, calm, friendly and professional. I wish I could duplicate her do she can always be there to receive different clients queries. I feel she has the right attitude to be dealing with people and offering customer service. I even jokingly to her to open her own business coz I without a doubt believe she will flourish in whatever she does. May God bless her.
